Articles on this site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.
We collect customers’ email addresses as part of our email marketing communications. We use this data to send out weekly emails with upcoming events and offers.
This is all done through a third-party provider, MailChimp, who have their own practices with regards to data protection, which you can view by clicking HERE. MailChimp also collects data that monitors open rates and click-through rates. However, this is all done anonymously, meaning we are not able to see exactly which recipients are opening our emails.
You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of our emails. By unsubscribing, all of your data will be removed from our systems.
When you book a table at our restaurant online, we collect your data for two reasons:
- To contact you if we need to discuss your booking
- To send you our marketing campaigns
However, we will only contact you for the latter reason if we receive express permission from you to do so.

Access to personal information
Individuals can find out if we hold any personal information by making a ‘subject access request’ under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). If we do hold information about you, we will:

- tell you who it could be disclosed to; and
- let you have a copy of the information in an intelligible form.
To make a request to us for any personal information we may hold, you need to put the request in writing addressing it to the data controller address detailed above.

Assuming any request is reasonable there will be no charge levied to provide this information.
If we hold data that is no longer correct (such as a change of address) we can amend this if we are informed in person, in writing or by email / telephone once verification has been confirmed.

Any such application will be considered and assuming there is no legal obligation for us to retain data then this will be deleted.
